An industry leader, he has helped established giants such as Stempeutics Research, Reliance Life Sciences, AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline pharmaceuticals and Cipla, among others, to deliver quality results with their drugs and devices.He has helped pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical companies and CROs to identify, prevent and resolve compliance problems and implement quality systems. His expertise is beefed by a deep understanding of working cultures across continents including Asia, Europe and the US.

A dynamic leader with 32 years of experience in the industry, Mungarwadi has enhanced quality assurance, projects and operations in APIs and pharmaceuticals at Cipla Ltd (Bangalore &Goa), MedrichLtd and Biostar Pharmaceuticals.
He has vast experience in improving productivity and operational efficiencies, while curtailing costs and expenses across the plant, the product and the company. He specialises in handling and preparing a company face international regulatory inspections by US-FDA, MHRA, TGA, MCC, WHO, ANVISA, INVIMA, KFDA, UKRAINE, and EU.
Prasanna Honasoge, Director
An engineer by training, Prasanna has 26 years of experience in successfully leading engineering departments in maintenance and projects on bulk drugs and formulations.
An expert in building clean room projects for pharma, hospital, biotechnology, FMCG and electronic industries, he offers end-to-end solutions, right from designing the facility, its constructionand validation for compliance by international regulators (US-FDA, TGA, MHRA,MCC, ANVISA and EU). He has worked at Cipla, AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi-Aventis and GMP Tech Solutions.
